As a general guideline, feed approximately 0.5 grams per kg of body weight per day. However, since every horse has unique dietary needs, it's important to customize their diet based on factors such as age, activity level, and overall heath. We recommend consulting with a Nutritionist or Veterinarian before introducing any new foods to ensure they are safe and suitable for your horse's specific needs.

If stored properly, soybean oil can last for up to a year.

How long will a 20L Pail last me?

That entirely depends on the dose you are feeding. A 20L Pail will last 43 days on a 473 ml daily dose. Larger doses will mean your container lasts less time for you. Often horses can have their dose reduced once you achieve the results your after to a maintenance level.

While we cannot guarantee our product will make your horse sound again - it is a natural anti-inflammatory.

We strongly encourage our clients to consult with their Veterinarian if they suspect their horse has a metabolic condition.

Do you have tips on how to introduce the oil to a finicky horse?

Accepted Answer

We suggest using a very small amount of oil the first time and slowly increase the amount. Make sure it’s evenly dispersed across feed. You could also try soaking it. If you have any problems with those methods let us know and we can offer some more suggestions.
